A primary purpose of testing is to detect hardware/software failures so that defects may be discovered and corrected. Testing cannot establish that a product functions properly under all conditions but can only establish that it does not function properly under specific conditions.

In testing electronic equipment such as circuit boards, electronic components, and chips, a test fixture is a device or setup designed to hold the device under test in place and allow it to be tested by being subjected to controlled electronic test signals.

According to your test plan, usually BokTech will offer the following test methods. Of course you could check with BokTech testing engineers if you need special testing methods.

For sample order (5~50pcs): 

1. Visual inspection: make sure no soldering issues, like solder bridging, cold solder, etc. 

2. Voltage test: Use multimeter to test switch continuity of main tracks, voltage-stabilization module.

For large quantity (>100pcs):

1. Visual inspection: make sure no soldering issues, like solder bridging, cold solder, etc.

2. Voltage test: Use multimeter to test switch continuity of main tracks, voltage-stabilization module.

3. Function test: BokTech will create a test fixture according to your test plan. It will make production faster with good quality.

4. Software test: BokTech will follow your test plan if you need to burn firmware and use software to test the products.
